Amendments
In October 2008, the clubs newsletter, Jax Gems printed a copy of the proposed Amendments for the clubs Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. In November 2008, Jax Gems newsletter, the membership voted for and approved the proposed amendments to their original Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
I've included a link to view the proposed amendments. And, an additional link to view the minutes from the November 2008 Jax Gems newsletter, to see they were in fact voted on and approved by the membership.
